Dewsbury businesses, want 20% off at The West Riding?
Our new, rolling discount scheme
The West Riding, located as it is at the railway station, is right at the heart of Dewsbury and its transport links so we must have hundreds of people who work in the town passing through every day. Some may pop in occasionally for a well-deserved pint after work, perhaps call in for a bar snack or pizza at lunchtime, or maybe just a takeaway pasty for their journey home. Well, we’d like to support businesses and organisations in Dewsbury town centre by offering their staff a 20% discount on a rolling programme through the year.
Would you like 20% off food and drinks for a month?
We’d like to build closer ties to the businesses and organisations that we share a town with, so we’re nominating one each month to receive 20% discount in The West Riding. There’s no catch or minimum spend, and it can be used at any time during that month so it’s not just for cheeky after work pints; it can be for Saturday nights out, Sunday lunches, or team meetings with refreshments etc.
How it works
Each month, we’ll select a business based in Dewsbury and offer them the discount before the start of the month. If they accept, we’ll provide them with a discount card for each member of staff that entitles them to 20% off food and drink for the duration of the month. This discount card can be used as many times as you like during that month and you can use one card for parties of up to 4 people, so it’s not just for socialising with colleagues, you can treat your family and friends too.
We’ve already done a trial run with Kirklees College, where we offered staff and students the discount, and it was very well received.
How we’ll select the businesses
We’ll select a business at random each month to invite. However, if you work in a business or organisation in Dewsbury and would like to put yourselves forward, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to include you in the programme (subject to demand).
