    Hire is free subject to the booking hitting our minimum bar spend of £500, however there is a surcharge of £30 per hour for bookings that finish after midnight.

    Our normal time slots for bookings are up to 6 hours for an event, if you require more than this length of time there may be a surcharge for the extra hours.

    There is a refundable £100 deposit required on confirmation of the booking. This will be refunded within 48 hours of the event, subject to a successful event. If the hirer cancels the event with less than 7 days’ notice, then the deposit will not be refunded.

    *There may be a small charge if the set-up time is out of office hours or not immediately prior to your event to cover staffing costs of this.
