Bookings will be confirmed by telephone within 2 working days. While hire is free, a £100 refundable deposit will be taken to secure your date. This will be refunded within 48 hours of the event subject to a successful event. Deposits will not be returned for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event. Free hire is subject to the event achieving a minimum bar spend of £300, however there is a surcharge of £30 per hour for bookings that finish after midnight. Our normal time slots for bookings are up to 6 hours for an event, if you require more than this length of time there may be a surcharge for the extra hours.
